Although our focus has been mainly on residential properties for the individual homeowner ranging from entry level to very exclusive homes, our CEO has successfully managed and completed Higher-Density Low-income Housing projects.

Two such projects are the Bloemhof project of 500 low-cost homes built and successfully handed over within a period of 6 months and the Mayfields Ext 11, Dobsonville project of 250 low-cost homes delivered over 8 months.

Our CEO has shared his expertise outside of South Africa having held an executive advisory role in a High-Rise, High-Density housing development program for Concorde Capital in the Ukraine.
