Beth, a recent addition to our team, is an HR professional specialising in Employment Relations.

She honed her skills working in the highly unionised Mining environment for over 25 years.

She obtained her academic qualifications through Wits Business School and the University of South Africa (UNISA) where she studied Business Management, Human Resources Development and Business Communication.

She completed certificated courses in Office Administration and Inventory Control with Damelin College, as well as several short courses in Advanced Labour Law and people development. She ensures that she keeps abreast of the fluid, ever changing world of employment law.

Her experience in Business and Labour Management provides the support critical to Core Business.
